South Kitsap School Supporters --- Citizens Supporting South Kitsap Schools
Both organizations have similar names and purported goals, but take opposing views on school funding and operations. Compare the two organizations side-by-side below.
The facts speak for themselves. If the facts show one organization in a better light than the other, it is not the fault of the messenger.
The website in January 2022 having deleted the reference to actually supporting the schools from its name.
This is the website in late 2021, having used the domain name rather than Citizens Supporting South Kitsap Schools.
Above is the source for the argument against the SKSK 2021 levy in the Voters' Pamphlet, citing CSSKS as its website.
In September 2020 the website was titled Citizens Supporting South Kitsap Schools
Jeff Daily originally used the CSSKS website as his campaign website before getting a separate one.

CSSKS, at https://citizenssupportingsouthkitsapschooldistrict.com/, again repurposed itself as of January 14, 2022. The many pages regarding the South Kitsap School District were removed. Of the remaining eleven subpages at that time, ten were devoted to primarily attacking Director John Berg, and to a lessor extent the current Board President Wilson and former Directors Gattenby and Sebren.
While the CSSKS website's intent is to criticize and demean the character of Director Berg, the website's graphics, vitriol and overall tone reveals much more about the character of its authors than any of the website content itself may say about Director Berg. This is most likely the reason for the website's cowardly anonymity in failing to disclose its authors and backers.
It appears that after the above statement appeared here, the website has again repurposed itself and returned to one of its former forms.
After following the CSSKS website for over a year, enough is enough!
Based on the conclusion that the CSSKS website is more of a curious diversion than a significant source of any reliable information, this website, SKschools.info, will no longer be taking notice of the CSSKS website. The CSSKC website would almost be considered comical if it did not reflect so badly on the character of its sponsors.
It is deemed not worth any time or effort to document false and misleading statements on the CSSKS website since it most likely has very few readers anyway and there is no reason to direct anyone else to it. Reasonable individuals who happen upon it should be able to determine for themselves the reliability of its assorted claims.
Complaint was made by Gerry Austin against CSSKS for failure to register and report political activity to the PDC and its involvement with the Committee Against the SKSD 2021 Levy using the CSSKS website.
David A. Kimble responded on behalf of CSSKS, indicating that CSSKS raised no money and its only expenditure has been maintaining the domain name since 2018. Mr. Kimble also acknowledged that Jeff Daily "had been involved with the Citizens group from the very start."
The PDC dismissed the complaint on March 1, 2021
Complaint was filed by Larry L. Mann against SKSS and "Yes4sk.com" claiming that they have "been given hundreds of thousands of dollars by the Washington Education Association (WEA) and South Kitsap Education Association (SKEA)", and that SKSS illegally used donation cans in retail establishments, together with many other alleged violations.
The PDC determined that the SKSS committed no material violation of the law and closed the matter, but did issue SKSS a warning over "first-time minor violations of political advertising requirements".
Complaint was filed in February 2021 by Larry L. Mann against SKSS for failure to timely and accurately file required reports to the PDC, with particular respect to signs and flyers expenses.
Gerry Austin responded on behalf of SKSS.
The PDC on April 28, 2021, dismissed the matter as not requiring any further investigation or action.
4. In January 2021 Gerry Austin filed a complaint with the Public Disclosure Commission against Larry Mann regarding signs opposing the SKSD levy. The PDC Dismissed the claim for lack of evidence.
5. Dave Kimble, for CSSKC, filed a complaint against Director Berg in July 2021 with the Public Disclosure Commission. See Attacking Director Berg for more details.
